TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing and purchasing from Tierra y Mar, the customer agrees to all store policies, terms, and conditions listed on this website.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Tierra y Mar reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, policy violations, or shipping risks.
ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS
Customers placing international orders acknowledge and agree that:
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
• These charges are solely the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
• Tierra y Mar is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, carrier delays, seized packages, abandoned packages, or additional international shipping charges imposed after shipment.
• International shipping is provided at the buyer’s risk.
• Refused packages due to unpaid customs fees or import charges are not eligible for refunds.
• Customers are fully responsible for monitoring tracking information and cooperating with customs authorities or shipping carriers when required.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information including full name, address, apartment/unit number, postal code, and contact phone number.
• Tierra y Mar is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect customer information.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Tierra y Mar is not liable for shipping delays, customs processing delays, lost packages, damaged packages caused during transit, carrier negligence, or circumstances outside of our control.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after shipment confirmation, delivery attempts, customs refusal, or confirmed delivery may be disputed using tracking records, policy acknowledgments, carrier documentation, checkout consent records, and communication history.
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies and terms.
