RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Tierra y Mar, every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with attention to quality and presentation.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers placing international orders acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are NOT included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Tierra y Mar does not control or determine customs fees and cannot estimate these charges.

• International orders refused due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or import charges are NOT eligible for refunds.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and phone numbers.

• Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs fees may incur carrier return fees, customs penalties, and shipping charges. These fees may be deducted from any store credit issued at Tierra y Mar’s discretion.

• Tierra y Mar is not responsible for packages abandoned, destroyed, delayed, lost, or seized by customs authorities or shipping carriers once the shipment has left our facility.

• International shipping is offered at the buyer’s risk. By placing an international order, the customer accepts full responsibility for customs processes, import restrictions, carrier delays, and any additional fees imposed after shipment.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding promptly to any customs or carrier communication.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes opened after shipment confirmation, delivery attempt, customs refusal, or delivery refusal will be disputed using carrier tracking records, proof of shipment, and policy acknowledgment records.

By placing an order with Tierra y Mar, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to these terms.
