SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for shopping with Tierra y Mar. We are committed to carefully preparing and packaging every order with attention to quality, presentation, and care.


PROCESSING TIMES


Orders are processed within the estimated timeframe listed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


During high-volume periods, launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be extended.


Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information via email.


ADDRESS ACCURACY


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and contact information.


Tierra y Mar is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, or inability to contact the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


SHIPPING CARRIERS


We work with trusted shipping carriers including UPS, USPS, DHL, and other providers depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Carrier delays
• International import procedures
• Natural disasters
• Labor strikes

TRACKING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information after shipment.

If a carrier attempts delivery or requests additional information, customers must respond promptly to avoid delays, abandonment, or return of the shipment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Tierra y Mar is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.

If shipping insurance was purchased, claims must be handled according to the carrier’s insurance procedures.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, brokerage fees, and additional charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International packages refused due to unpaid customs fees or import charges are not eligible for refunds.

International shipping is offered at the buyer’s risk. Tierra y Mar is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, seized shipments, abandoned packages, or additional charges imposed after shipment.

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

By placing an order with Tierra y Mar, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy.

 

 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY


Tierra y Mar proudly offers international shipping to select countries. By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:


• Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.


• Tierra y Mar does not control customs processes or fees and cannot estimate these charges.


• International orders refused due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or import charges are NOT eligible for refunds.


• Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance.


• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address including apartment numbers, postal codes, and contact information.


• Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs fees may incur return shipping fees, customs charges, and carrier penalties. These fees will be deducted from any eligible store credit at our discretion.


• Tierra y Mar is not responsible for packages abandoned, destroyed, or seized by customs authorities.


• International shipping is offered at the buyer’s risk. Once the package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Tierra y Mar is not liable for customs delays, delivery refusals, import restrictions, or carrier-related losses outside of our control.


• Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding promptly to carrier or customs communications.


• By placing an international order, the customer confirms they understand and accept these terms.
